Do you provide event planning?

Ceilidh Tent & Event Rentals makes your event our top priority. We are your full service Wedding & Event Rental provider supplying everything you need from start to finish. Our professional sales team and event staff will work with you to create your dream event. Every event our customers plan is important to us. Do you provide decorating packages as well?

We sure do. From Weddings, Corporate Events, Fundraising Galas, Theme Parties and any other special occasions. Ceilidh Tent & Event Rentals has everything you need to dazzle your event. We design stunning and luxurious centerpieces, backdrops, and complete room decor to make the first impression that becomes lasting images forever.

What size are your tents?

Our Peak Marquee poll-free tents are 20′×20′ and can be combined: 20′ × 20′ = 400 square feet, 20′ × 40′ = 800 square feet and 20′ × 60′ = 1200 square feet. Our large Hexagon tent is 35′ × 40′ can also be attached to the Peak Marquee. Pole tents are 40′ × 40′, 40′ × 60′ and 40′ × 80′.

How far in advance should I book my tent?

We suggest booking your tent as soon as you have your dates finalized for your event. We are currently taking bookings for weddings up to one year in advance!

Who takes care of take down after my event?

We take care of the tents from set-up to take down, however all tables and chairs must be stacked. You may in advance request for us to stack the tables and chairs for a minimal fee however there will be a charge for any event that does not take care of this in advance.
